Shqipëria do te përfaqësohet për here te pare midis 30 skuadrave ne Kampionatin boteror te rafting qe zhvillohet ne Ceki nga data 23 deri ne daten 28 gusht. Skuadra shqiptare e quajtur "Albanian Eagle " do te garoje ne kategorinë e mjeshtrave ne moshat mbi 40 vjeç dhe do te kete ne krye presidentin e federatës Zamo Spathara. I nisur fillimisht si eskursion turistik nga nje grup te rinjsh te apasionuar ne kanionet e Osumit, tashme federata shqiptare e rafting e anëtarësuar me te drejta te plota ne federatën ndërkombëtare te këtij sporti, synon te organizoje ne Shqipëri edhe aktivitete ndërkombëtare. Rafting është nje sport ujor i cili vitet e fundit është bere tepër i preferuar nga turistet e huaj dhe nga pushuesit shqiptare te cilet dëshirojnë te kalojne momente te mbushura me adrenaline dhe argetim pa fund ne Kanionet e Osumit. Si pasoje e kerkesave ne rritje federata cdo vit organizon edhe kurse trajnimi profesional nen drejtimin e 2 mjeshtrave italiane dhe nje instruktori te specializuar shqiptar. Keto ekskursione te japin mundësinë e njohjes dhe eksplorimit te natyres dhe te fshehtave te kanioneve te magjishme te Osumit.
